Last month, Seoul built 'Global Village Center' in Hannam dong, Yeonnam dong, Yeoksam dong, Ichon dong, Itaewon, and Seorae village. These centers will help foreigners in Seoul(both travelers and Seoul residents) to adjust in Seoul easily.
There will be language classes too.
