Currently, Coex is the most popular multiplex in Seoul. But, in April '09, it might not be so. Right now, in Songpa, SH Company and Seoul Metropolitan Government have been building the "Garden 5," a huge multiplex. It is already scheduled to be opened in April '09. The scale of this multiplex is about five times as big as Coex. And this not only has entertainment and shops but also residential and business complex. Commercial of this complex is already out! For sure, this is something that Seoulites should look forward too!!!
