In Sa dong is one of the places where people can see Korean culture and arts.
So how can we get to In Sa dong??? There is more than one way to get to In Sa dong.
*Ways to get there...
One of the few ways to get to In Sa dong is, taking subway.
1. If you take Subway Line One, take off at the Jong gak station. Then walk about three minutes. You will be able to find Insa dong street.
2. If you take Subway Line Three, take off at the An guk station. Thank walk about a minute. You will be able to find Insa dong street.
3. If you take Subway Line Five, take off at the Jongno 3(sam)-ga. Then walk about three minues. You will be able to find Insa dong Street.
If you prefer bus... take these buses

*Performance to watch...
1. In sa dong Po do cheong (Police department/Court back in those days)Reenactment:
Every Sunday from 5 to 6pm, on the Insadong Street,the Podocheong group will
parade from Naminsa Court to Bookinsa Courtwith citizens and others such as
begger,etc.
*After the parade people can take photos too!
*Places to go...
1. In sa dong Information Center: step in there and check out what you can find in Insadong!
2. House Site of Scholar/Politician Yulgok Yi I: He was one of the most prominent and famous scholar in Korea.
3. Soon Hwa Shrine site/Tae Hwa Ghawn Site: they are the same site.It used to be a shrine of a royal concubine but later it was bought to be a famous restaurant. It is historic because later people declared Korea's independence at this place.
4. Jo gae sa: It is the center of Korean Buddism. It is a Buddist temple where all the hightest monks are gathered.
5. Topgol Park/ Won gak sa ji 10 Stories Pagoda: the spot where Topgol Park is used to be a site for Wongaksa (temple). But now it became a park and the tower, Wongaksaji became the National Treasure No. 2

7. Ssamzie Gil- looks like a normal building but people call it "Gil" meaning street.
why? because people can go to the top simply by just walking and
looking through shops (hint: the building is spirally built and
slanted towards the top! This is the landmark of In sa dong for teens and youth.This mixture of metro and cultural sense also drag travelers to In sa dong.

1. On the In sa dong street, usually winter, a Rice cake making couple makes fresh, steamy and traditional rice cakes! try some!
2. Buddist Temple food Restaurant -San Cheon: It is a famous restaurant not only among Koreans but also travelers. It serves 12 different dishes starting with warm sesame porridge. It is highly recommended!

3. In sa dong Traditional Tea House-In sa dong: It became a traveling course for Japanese. It serves green tea, citron tea, Chinese quince (or papaya)tea, and the most famous honeyjujube tea.
